Is Boston becoming unaffordable, especially for first-time buyers.
Many of Boston proper neighborhoods such as; Back Bay, Beacon Hill, and Midtown/Downtown condos are approximately $1,200 per square foot, with one bedroom condos starting around $500,000.
So are there any entry-level condos in Boston? Priced from $300,000 – $400,000?
With the above price point in mind, I searched MLS for level enty condominiums for sale. As of today, there were 10 Boston condos for sale under $400k, mostly located in Dorchester and East Boston
It is worth noting that there were no condos within this price range available in Brookline and Cambridge (no shocker there).
