It can be mind numbing trying to track sales of the hundreds of new construction condos and apartments currently being built or on the market. After all, there are more than several projects just in the Seaport District alone, along with units in a variety of other Boston neighborhoods, and some sales offices play things close to the vest. You’ll find a limited number of units listed on real estate Web sites; pricing is typically not public and changes continuously based on the most recent sales.
