Home prices continue to post solid gains across the country for the first 3 months of 2018. While demand is being fueled by Boston’s robust job growth, inventory remains lean and is allowing Boston luxury condo sellers to raise asking prices for their homes.
The number of homes on the market throughout the United States during the month of January was the lowest recorded by the National Association of Realtors, since they kept records back to 1999.
