There are currently 44 luxury town homes on the market, and 37% of those have been on the market for a month or more. And most are listed for $2M or more.
Boston luxury condo buyers can have their pick of properties. More than half of the 544 units available now have been on the market for a month or more. And most of the current inventory is listed for up to $1.5M. So there are some great properties out there in all price ranges.
