The Boston Foundation released its 2017 Greater Boston Housing Report Card. It is a very interesting report on the state of the housing market in Boston and the greater Boston metropolitan area.
I’m not sure about the sources for the Boston condo stats, but either way, very intersting reading.
No matter how you slice it, however, I think you’d have to conclude that Boston condo prices are “high” (offset by low mortgage loan rates) and that this might be having a serious effect on whether or not Boston will continue to attract young, intelligent and sophisticated people to live here.
