It’s fun to note the least and most expensive Boston condos and single-family homes on the market every once in a while.
Who are the winners? In the Boston condo category, there’s 623 Cummings Highway listed at $159,000. This is a two bedroom condo that’s been on the market for 13 days.
And on the opposite end of the spectrum, there’s 776 Boylston Street, The Mandarin, still holding steady after 124 days on the market. Current list price is $13,500,000 for luxury 3 bedroom front facing unit with 3 indoor parking spaces.
Switching over to single-family homes, the least expensive home available is a 1 bed/1 bath, listed at $230,000 in Boston, Hyde Park.
The most expensive townhouse available is in Boston’s Beacon Hill for $8,995,000. The 4 bedroom, 6,600-square foot unit is being presented by Coldwell Banker.
So which is the best deal…you be the judge.
